Course Description

This course provides participants with an overview of rules and calculations for Single Family Dwellings within the National Electric Code. Topics include: basic calculations of main service (optional and standard methods of calculations); NEC rules for nonmetallic sheathed cables; receptacles and lights for a single family dwelling; grounding and bonding of the main service; layout of receptacles in a single family dwelling; and how to size the service ungrounded and grounded conductors. Supplemental handouts included in cost of course.
