RCW/WAC Update & Intro to Article 230: Electrical Services

Course Description:

  • AM: This course covers the current adopted Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 19.28 and its related Washington Administrative Codes (WAC).
  • PM: This course will focus on the most important code requirements of NEC Article 230: Electrical Services, with a review of relevant sections of NEC Article 110: Requirements for Electrical Installations; NEC Article 250: Grounding and Bonding; and related Washington State Amendments (WACs). This course is code heavy but loaded with practical knowledge regarding topics such as service disconnect requirements; metering; AC system grounding; and much more. Whether you are a trainee who has just begun pulling wire or are a journeyman who wants a refresher or update on the NEC and WAC requirements for Services, this is the class for you!
