Course Description

This course provides participants with an overview of rules and calculations for Multifamily Dwellings within the National Electric Code. Topics include: basic calculations of main service and unit sub-panels (optional and standard methods); NEC rules for nonmetallic sheathed cables; NEC rules for MC cable; Grounding of the main service and bonding of the unit sub-panels; layout of receptacles in the units; and how to size the service and sub-panels ungrounded and grounded conductors. Supplemental handouts included in cost of course.
