Motor Control Basics

Course Description

This course reviews the basic theory and concepts of motor controls and serves as a comprehensive review for electricians who may or may not be familiar with motors and motor controls. Topics include types of motors (manual, remote, or automatic), an extensive review of NEC Article 430, how to read motor control diagrams, and required hardware for specific applications. Supplemental handouts included with the cost of course.
