Course Description

This course offers an in-depth introduction to the principles of grounding and bonding as outlined in the 2023 National Electrical Code (NEC). Participants will explore key concepts such as the function of Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) and Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter (AFCI) devices, the role of overcurrent protection devices (OCPD), and basic electrical calculations. Additionally, the course provides a thorough review of NEC Article 250, with a focus on practical application and code compliance. Supplemental handouts included in cost of course.
