No Show, Transfer and Refund Policies
Due to the limited availability and high demand for in-person and virtual courses, CITC will be strictly enforcing the No Show, Transfer and Refund Policies as stated below. Please read through this information thoroughly. We strongly encourage any student who will not be able to attend a scheduled class to contact CITC via email at [email protected] or toll-free at 877-238-8646 as soon as possible so that we can help transfer you to another class without penalty, and are able to offer your space to another student in need of in-person classroom hours.
NO SHOWS: No refunds or transfers will be issued to students who do not show to scheduled in-person or virtual courses. Students who do not show to scheduled in-person or virtual classes will forfeit enrollment and will be required to pay full price to attend an upcoming class. This policy is strictly enforced. NO SHOWS TO EXAM PREP CLASSES: Students who do not show to scheduled Exam Prep classes will forfeit enrollment, audit eligibility, and/or all fees associated with the class and will be required to pay full price to attend an upcoming class. This policy is strictly enforced. Contact CITC at [email protected] or 877-238-8646 if you won’t be able to make it to class.
TRANSFERS: Transfers from scheduled in-person classroom courses are permitted only if request is received no later than 24 hours prior to the start date of class. Transfers from scheduled Virtual courses are permitted only if request is received no later than 72 hours prior to the start date of class. There are no fees to transfer if request is made within the required time frame. This policy is strictly enforced. Contact CITC at [email protected] or 877-238-8646 to request a transfer.
REFUNDS: Refunds for scheduled classroom courses (less $25 administrative fee) permitted only if cancellation is made 7 days before the original class date, no refunds permitted after that date. This policy is strictly enforced. Contact CITC at [email protected] or 877-238-8646 to request a refund.
CANCELLATIONS: Classes may be cancelled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In the case of cancellation, students will be notified and given the option to transfer to another class, leave a credit on account for an upcoming class, or receive a refund. There are no penalties/fees for cancelled classes.
